Reloader thrust bearing

In doing some maintenance to my Reloader, I broke the moded spring I created for it. So I figured I would try to see how smooth I could make it with the original springs. I figured I would bend the springs to give it some consistancy. Then I wanted to make sure it would be able to spin backward with little to no friction. For this I looked to the Poverty hub. It has a thrust bearing behind the clutch. This allows the clutch to run into the bearing when backpedaling, thus reducing friction when back pedaling.

I ended up using a driver bearing for a 3/8” unsealed Taska Hub. It fit over the axle just perfectly. I slid a little steel washer between the conical washer and the balls of the bearing, to prevent wear on the aluminum conical washer. Then I placed a few washers on the backside of the bearing. This was designed to take up the space of the spacer I took out (a total of 10 mm)

The result is a fairly stock Reloader, with a simple mod, that has the ability to do crank flips.
