Updated the Ezra Page

I just got my Ezra Coaster in and updated the page with a picture of the medium slack washer while I was switching mine out.

Also, the Vein Bmx webstore has added a spot now, where you can order the Eastern Pop’n'Lock guard along with the coaster, so I know that will keep you peg riding people happy.

I got to ride with Seamus McKeon a couple weeks back and he rides and Ezra Coaster from time to time and is a rad dude, so I’m posting up this older edit of his just for fun:

Yehp, that’s right, if you haven’t already heard, the new Ezra freecoaster is finally up for sale on the Vein BMX Webstore.

I just updated the Ezra page with some new information, and here is the latest Promo Video from Karl Poynter:

I should be getting my Ezra Coaster in the mail tomorrow, so expect more info/pictures and possibly a review in the future.

Ok, so I’ve been incredibly busy over the past month working as a runner for Lights All Night in Dallas, then leaving immediately to be the interim Production Manager for Holy Ship, and work backline for Jam Cruise… To top it all off, I had to pack up and move to Raleigh NC as soon as I got back from Jam Cruise to start working full-time for Tour Tech Support as the new Touring and Events Project Specialist…

Long story short – It’s time to catch up on some interesting posts. I should have something for you guys either later tonight, or tomorrow sometime.

In the meantime, take a glance at this old edit from “Biz” where he does some awesome freecoaster moves. It’s really cool to see some of the older guys still making moves happen and switching over to freecoasters.

So, For my first new post as part of the new Union family, I decided to link up with Shane Weston and do an Interview about his upcoming Eclat Blind Freecoaster

Shane Weston was nice enough to give me some time in between riding and having dinner with his pops to talk about His new coaster. Before we get into the interview, I want to just throw up Shane’s most recent web edit for his signature frame. He does an amazing long backwards manual to barspin that’s just too good not to post here. This definitely shows you the scope of riding that this coaster can handle.

After a couple months of talking and trying to lay down the details, I’m very happy to announce that Free-coaster.com has become a part of The Union.

This is super exciting for me because I know it will make it much easier for me to produce content for you guys. I’m going to still be in charge of all the content, and Kurt is going to be taking care of the web side of things. Over the years, Free-coaster.com has been plagued with viruses and spam, which has always messed things up for me. With the addition of the site to The Union, I will no longer have to worry about those things. It’s great hooking up with Kurt and all the new additions to his site and I feel honored to be doing so.

Kurt and I have talked a lot and he’s definitely got his head in the right place with how he runs his website and how he sees BMX.

Interbike Updates!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, I’m in Las Vegas right now working the set-up for I Heart Radio and thanks to Kurt over at The Union for getting me a press pass, I was fortunately able to run by Interbike and check out several of the new coasters that are coming out soon. Here’s a list of the updates I was able to do tonight:

I added some information to the Ezra page

Put up some new info/pictures of the Eclat Blind coaster

and I put up a new Cult Freecoaster Prototype page.

Definitely go check them all out!

Odyssey Reloader freecoasters back in stock!!!

If you haven’t heard by now, Full Factory Distrobution is shipping out a number of Odyssey Reloader freecoasters. Apparentyl there was a pallet in a wharehouse over in Asia that never got sent out. I know Albes has some, Empire has some 48 spoked hubs possibly with 36′s to come, and Flatland Fuel will be getting them as well. If you want a fairly durable and pretty reliable freecoaster, hit up one of these mailorders or if you have a local shop that buys through Full Factory, you might be able to get them to order you one.
